Members in good standing at the time of the incident, including:

• Decoys injured during training or competition.
• Handlers with a Dog Membership for the injured personal dog (training/competition injuries).
• Police K-9 Teams (certified handler + nationally certified K-9) injured during training, certification, or competition activities.
